I was so wrapped up in the cliffhanger at the end of Love in Rewind (book 1 of the Audio Fools series) that I tried to pick up another book, but couldn’t stop thinking of what was going to happen in the second installment of this series. So I had to run to Amazon and buy the next book and start immediately. This is the story of Liam and how his plans to stay in New York and win Emily back are quickly shaken up when he meets the beautiful Sara (Emily’s best friend). They spend only a day in a lavish penthouse together, but they quickly begin to lean on one another to heal their dark pasts. Can love develop so quickly? Read their story to find out.
It has been a long time since I read a book that kept me up at all hours because I couldn’t put it down. This, for sure, was one of those books. I just couldn’t wait to see what pasts each character would expose, and how they could fatefully end up together when so much baggage was involved. I truly cannot wait to see what the third, and final, book in the series has to offer; especially because I was NOT happy with the ending of this one. I don’t see how the author can make up this disappointment to me, but I’m going to give it a chance. We’ll see…
I recommend this book to romance nuts and Danielle Steel fans.
