The Silent Girls
I completed The Silent Girls by Eric Rickstad while traveling yesterday. This met another of my check boxes for the 2016 reading challenge: "a book you're guaranteed to love."
This is a murder mystery (no surprise there) about girls who have gone missing in the last few years but have never been connected to one another because they were across state lines..that is, until now. I can't say much more or I'll give the twists and turns away. I WILL say that I'm shocked that after reading as many mysteries as I have, that I can still be surprised by the twists at the end. But this one has a doozie!
I recommend this novel to those after my own heart: murder mystery freaks.
