No Coming Back
No Coming Back is about a man who moved away from his hometown many years ago after his girlfriend went missing and was assumed to be murdered. All these years later the protagonist comes back when another person has come up dead in their small town. Now Jake is hell bent on finding who is committing these crimes and stopping them, no matter the cost.
It was a middle of the road kind of murder mystery for me. There were many times I felt the writing was spotty. The end however, was one of the best twists I've read in a while.
I would probably only recommend this book to avid readers who love murder mysteries and can't get enough of them. Otherwise, save your eyes for some of the greats.
