Ok..here we go...another murder mystery review.
I finished Blood on the tracks recently. It's about a former Marine turned railroad cop with her K-9 partner. There is a homicide linked to the hobos who catch the trains that she gets pulled into to solve the puzzle.
This novel was fair to middling. It had me wanting to find out more, and I'm excited to read the next book in the series when it comes out. I wouldn't say it was amazing...or a must read...but it was solidly in the good category.
I recommend this book only to those who are diehard murder mystery fans. Otherwise there are better books that I've reviewed if you're just reaching into this genre. And I know this is the type of book I read a lot...so next up I'm pulling out a classic. #tryingtobediverse
