Just finished another murder mystery! This one is about an up and coming defense attorney who is trying to make a name for herself in L.A. She ends up landing a controversial double-murder case, but she is unsure if the detective accused of the murders is truly innocent. Follow along to see if the man arrested is a scapegoat or a diabolical mastermind.
I speed through it, as the writing is very smooth. I wouldn't say it was anything out of this world, but the twist in the Epilogue was STELLAR!
I would recommend this book for anyone who likes the murder mystery genre OR is looking for a quick read that is entertaining to the end. I would also recommend it to those who like legal thrillers.
