Frankenstein
What a GREAT book!! It definitely falls in my top 3 favorite classics. The movies made over the years give us such a small view of the actual story. Man makes monster, brings monster to life, village people chase monster off with torches. The book has so many intricacies and themes that make you really THINK about what's right and wrong in society. Both Frankenstein and his monster are such tortured souls; denied the ability to be accepted and loved (both for very different reasons). I think this is a novel everyone should pick up.
